Surface Finish

	Cold Rolled	: rolled bright
	Hardened & Tempered	: unpolished blue/black, polished white, bronze and blue

Edge Condition

Sheared available in all widths. Dressed round, dressed square, ground square, filed and de-burred.
Widths available on request.

Temper

	Cold Rolled	: soft anneal 190 VPN to hard rolled 320 VPN.
	Hardened & Tempered	: to customer specification between 35 HRC and 58 HRC

		(350 - 650 VPN) working to 3 points of Rockwell 'C'
		(40 points VPN)

	Cold Rolled	: ą 0.13 mm (0.005")
	Hardened & Tempered	: ą 0.19 mm (0.0075")

Straightness Along Length ( Edge Camber)

	Cold Rolled	: in accordance with BS 1449 EN 10140.
	Hardened & Tempered	: within 1.6mm in 2000mm ( 1/16" in 6' ),

		according to application.
		Closer tolerances on request.

Coil Weights / Sizes

           Up to 5.2kg per millimetre of width. Standard inside diameters 305mm (12"), 406mm (16") and 508 mm (20").

Despatch
Cut Lengths

               As required between 305mm (12") and
               9000mm (30'), tolerance - nil + 12mm (1/2").
